SR SPECIALIST DIGITAL CAMPAIGN & PROMOTIONS

ROLE PURPOSE
Support the reliable execution and continuous improvement of digital commerce campaigns, promotions, content and operational workflows across Latin America. The role combines hands-on eCommerce support with data analysis, process documentation and practical use of approved AI and automation tools. It is designed for an early-career professional who learns digital tools quickly, enjoys solving operational problems and wants to grow into broader digital commerce, analytics or automation responsibilities.

• Campaigns, promotions and content updates are delivered accurately, on time and with clear validation.
• Operational issues are identified early, documented clearly and escalated to the right support teams.
• Recurring manual work is simplified through templates, approved AI tools, lightweight automation and better ways of working.
• Campaign and voucher performance is tracked consistently, with clear insights and improvement opportunities shared with the team.
• Knowledge is documented so processes are easier to learn, repeat and scale across markets.
Key responsibilities
Campaign, promotion and content execution
• Support the setup, scheduling, quality assurance and launch of digital campaigns and promotions across website and app experiences.
• Complete content and page updates, including homepage, campaign pages, category and product-listing pages, promotional callouts, help content and checkout-related content.
• Assist with voucher and promotion configurations, validation and first-line support across LAM webstores.
• Coordinate timelines, inputs and approvals with campaign, content, market, consumer experience, operations and global support teams.
• Follow launch checklists, test configurations and confirm that changes meet the business brief before and after go-live.
Data, reporting and insight support
• Maintain campaign, promotion, voucher and workload trackers with accurate and timely information.
• Use Excel and available analytics or visualization tools to identify trends, exceptions, recurring issues and optimization opportunities.
• Monitor relevant funnel, engagement, campaign and consumer-experience indicators, flagging unusual results or operational risks.
• Prepare clear summaries and simple visualizations that help the team make fact-based decisions.
AI-enabled productivity and automation
• Use approved generative AI and productivity tools to accelerate research, first drafts, documentation, summaries, quality checks and routine analysis.
• Identify repetitive tasks and suggest practical automation opportunities before adding unnecessary complexity.
• Help build and test simple templates, workflows, prompts, dashboards or low-code/no-code automations with guidance from experienced team members.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs, protect confidential information and follow company requirements for security, data protection and responsible AI use.
• Share effective prompts, examples and lessons learned so the team can adopt better AI-enabled ways of working.
Process improvement, documentation and support
• Document current processes, work instructions, checklists, known issues and support handovers in clear business language.
• Support user acceptance testing and rollout of new campaign, promotion, content or automation capabilities.
• Log, troubleshoot and monitor incidents, providing complete information to technical or platform-support teams.
• Collect feedback from users and markets, and help translate it into clear improvement requirements.
• Contribute to team routines, knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous-improvement actions.
Candidate profile
Must-have capabilities

Trainable or preferred experience
• Internship, academic project or up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, operations, analytics, technology or project support.
• Excel skills such as formulas, pivot tables and charts.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Looker, web analytics or similar tools.
• Basic familiarity with low-code/no-code automation, SQL, Python, APIs or workflow tools.
• Experience supporting websites, apps, campaigns, promotions, content management or digital projects.
• Portuguese is a plus, but not required .
Education and experience
• University degree completed or in progress in Business, Marketing, Digital, Economics, Engineering, Data, Technology, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• This is an early-career role. Demonstrated skills through internships, academic work, freelance projects, volunteering or personal projects are relevant and welcome.
• Deep expertise in specific eCommerce platforms, coding languages or analytics tools is not required at entry. The ability and motivation to learn are essential.

Execution quality: Accuracy and on-time completion of assigned campaign, promotion and content tasks; effective use of checklists and validations.
Operational reliability: Quality of issue logging, follow-up, escalation and closure; reduction in avoidable rework.
AI and automation adoption: Responsible use of approved AI tools; practical improvements to recurring work; reusable prompts, templates or simple automations.
Insights and reporting: Timeliness and accuracy of trackers and reports; usefulness of identified trends, exceptions and opportunities.
Learning and collaboration: Progress in tool proficiency, quality of documentation, responsiveness to feedback and contribution to team knowledge sharing.
